How to import/export your subscribers (WIX)
The import feature allows you to import subscribers to your Fastr app. Before importing the customers to the app, please note:
Synching your subscribers to the Fastr app can take up to 24 hours after installation to be fully complete.
IMPORT
The Subscribers section allows you to track your subscribers. You’ll be able to see a full list of who’s signed up and the date they joined your list.
The Subscribers section also allows you to filter members for easier navigation.
In addition, you can also manually import/export, unsubscribe your list members, re-subscribe them, or delete the listing altogether.
To import
When you click import button, a pop-up will appear with instructions on how to import and a add a CSV file.
the CSV file should be in the recommend format, click 'download the template' to see the format.
EXPORT
The export feature allows you to export the subscribers from the Fastr app to a CSV file.
Here’s how to use the feature:
When you click the export button, a CSV file will be sent to your store email.
You can change the recipient email in your account General Settings > Email section > name section.
