General Settings (Shopify)

🧭 General Settings





You can navigate to the General Settings page by clicking General Settings section at the bottom of the main left side menu.



General Settings section contains four subsections:
SMS
Viber
Email
Push



💬SMS



You can access next settings from the SMS section:
Time zone settings - you can set your default time zone to accurately schedule SMS messages
Safe Send - you can enable this option if you don't want the SMS message to be sent to people who already received an SMS from you in the last few hours. Two options are available here:
Queue the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours (set by default)
Skip the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours
Max SMS price - you can enable this option when you don't want to send SMS messages if their cost is higher than the one you specified
Quiet hours - you can enable this option if you don't want to send any SMS messages within the specified hours of the day. By default, the 'Quiet hour's' feature will be disabled.
Countries and prices - you can choose which countries you want to be able to send SMS and the SMS cost for selected countries



Viber



You can access next settings from the Viber section:
Quiet hours -
Safe Send - you can enable this option if you don't want the Viber message to be sent to people who already received an Viber from you in the last few hours. Two options are available here:
Queue the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours (set by default)
Skip the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours
Max Viber price -
Countries and prices - you can choose which countries you want to be able to send Viber and the Viber cost for selected countries



📧Email



You can access next settings from the Email section:
From name - you can add any name you want to be visible to the customers receiving your email
Reply to email - you can enter the email address you want the replies of your customers will be sent to



Notify customers from my domain - this option allows you to set up your custom domain for sending email notifications. You need to pass next steps if you want to use your custom domain:
Enter your domain name and click "Get cnames" button
Login to the admin panel of your domain service provider and add all records (cname) , generated by our app on the previous step, to the DNS section
Click "Verify my domain" button

📝 NOTE: Verification process usually takes just a few minutes, but sometimes it could take up to 24 hrs.



⚠️ WARNING: Green color badge 'Domain is verified' will be shown after domain verified and also an additional field 'Your full email address' and the 'Change domain' button will be shown. You need to add your email address into this field and click the 'Save' button



Safe send - you can enable this feature if you don't want the email message to be sent to people who already received an email message from you in the last few hours. Two options are available here:
Queue the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours (set by default)
Skip the reminder that is scheduled to the safe send hours



💨Push



You can check your existing logo image, remove existing logo image or/and add a new one from this section

📝 NOTE: Logo image recommended size - 200x200
⚠️ WARNING: Image will be used as logo for Push Welcome Message and Push Campaigns
Please click the 'Remove logo' button in order to remove existing logo



Please click the 'Browse' button or any other part of the highlighted area in order to upload your custom logo
