✋Welcome to Fastr! The best place to manage all of your distribution lists in one place.

When you first install Fastr on your Shopify store, a new account is created for your store, and you are automatically redirected to the app's dashboard:

In this section, on every page in the app, you will see:

Your store's name
Facebook group link
Help section link

📊Main analytics area

In this section you can see your store's analytics.

You can change the timeframe of the analytics by using the date picker at the left corner, it displays the latest 30 days report by default.
At the right corner you will have a link to a help video popup, which exists at every page of the app.
You can view analytics for the app in general, as well as feature specific analytics.

📑Feature tabs

At the bottom of the dashboard, you have the different feature tabs. In these tabs you will be able to see the analytics for each feature; but when you first login to the dashboard, before creating any campaigns, you will have 'get started' buttons on each of the features.

You can enable the automation in one of 2 ways:

In the dashboard, click Get Started under Abandoned Cart Emails

In the left bar menu, navigate to Email - Abandoned Carts

Edit abandoned cart emails

By default, the cart abandonment flow has 3 emails, sent progressively to customers, until they complete their purchase, you can add more emails if you like.

Email campaigns allow you to send a one-time blast email to all of your subscribers at once. These are a great option for announcements, new products and sales.

You can enable the automation in one of 2 ways:

In the dashboard, click Get Started under Email Campaigns

In the left bar menu, navigate to Email - Campaigns and click Create New Campaign:

You will be directed to the new campaign editing page

Text Editor

Here you will have access to three sections for control:

1. Discount

You will have access to two discount options, automatic and pre-made. An automatic discount will be generated automatically, you only need to specify the amount of the discount. Pre-made discount you need to create in your Shopify admin.

||| ⚠️ WARNING: If you do not want to offer any discount, then simply select pre-made and do not insert anything into the discount field.
